Established under the 1999 Ordinance (No. XXIV) of the Government of Punjab, the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) aims to build a skilled and productive technical workforce to drive socio-economic growth in Pakistan.
In 2010, TEVTA’s mandate was updated via the TEVTA Act of 2010 to further expand its technical education and training offerings across Punjab province.
